So the battle seems to be carrying on Mr Mosely. He has threatened to sue all the eight teams that have said that they will quit FIA, to form their own championship. A lot of people are telling Mosely to step down, including our own legend Jackie Stewart. But no Max ( the spank) Mosely has come out fighting and said F-Off and is "engineering" a £1bn legal battle. Brawn GP, Ferrari, McClaren, Renault, BMW Sauber, Toyota, Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso have all decided against Mosley's proposition to a £40 million cap on spending next season. Well we will have to wait and see exactly what happens. Come on Jenson!!
